The last month
Hello,
Many of you may not know what has been going on for the last month or so. I will give you the "official" Dave Ottley version.
Late March - "Came to the conclusion" that BYU-Hawaii was not the right place for me right now.
April 3 - Flew home on ATA Airlines flight 803.
April 4-19 - Practicing up on the LSAT and getting ready to go to California.
April 20 - Go to LA to take a tour of the UCLA campus
April 24 - Start my summer internship with CBiz MayerHoffmann McCann, an accounting firm.
I guess I'm being more consise than I thought I'd be but that's the DL. If you didn't know, I've changed my intent from being a full time forever CPA to law school. I am working out the timing and other details right now with U of U and such.
Right now it looks like I am going to finish up school at the U. There is a faint chance that I might return to BYUH in January. We'll see. If things go as "planned" (planned - hoped for and dreamed, usually not coming true...) I'll be entering UCLA Law school in the academic year 2008-2009.
That means I'll be a lawyer at '011. Not too bad.
I just bought a '98 Mitsubishi Mirage. I hope that'll last me until I get my bachellors at least. Um...I have $600 bucks to my name and I'm getting ready to make a 800 mile trek. Wish me luck! More advancements to come.
