The Lai-izzle Lifizzle
Isn't it grand? The first week of school is over and I haven't failed any classes yet! Or, none that I know of. Life is treating me pretty well. I am pretty well settled in my new room and my room mate Luiz is pretty cool too. I miss Franky, but if I can't have him, then Luiz is the next best option. He is really accomidating and will talk about what's happening in his life. He isn't too good of a friend (which is good) but we might hang out once or twice.
My classes aren't that hard but I can't believe how busy I have been. I will have at least 3 HOURS of homework everyday! That is quite an academic burden. But an hour of it is Japanese and I am really enjoying learning the new language. Here is a display of my skills to this point:
Watakushi wa Dave desu.
Watakushi wa nani desu.
actually...it is better said like this:
Watakushi wa nani desu ka?
Ano sushi wa watakushi no desu.
Alright. I think I've said enough. I think nani is the word for student. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I'm loving it so far. I have to go watch a friend of mine perform in front of thousands of screaming fans now! Talk to y'all later.

alright. Nani means what. The word for student is Gokku or somthing of the like. :)
Nani is actually the word that means what. Student is gakusei or seito depending on the situation. RY, you're right, he's now a daigakusei. Anywho. Good luck with the nihongo Dave-kun. Let me know if you would like help at all. I'll gladly do what I can.
