Skinny Makes For Fun Techno Dancing

I noticed something today. Dancing is funner when you are skinny. When I weigh less the dancing is free-er and I can get into the music more. I am going to lose AT LEAST 5 more pounds before I come to Hawaii, and the first dance of the semester is going toROCK! I am going to stay there all night and dance until my heart stops.

Here's an interesting excercise. Put on a good, 7-8 minute techno song and just jump. That is what techno dancing is essentially (jumping). Just keep jumping and don't decrease your intensity for the whole song. At the end of 7 minutes you'll know why people die at raves from dancing too much! Imagine doing thiss all night. No wonder they use drugs to do it! Anyway, you should have fun jumping for ten minutes to a good song so, go for it. See how long you can last!
